A light airy , welcoming room. Decorated to a high standard. Consisting of large double bed, book case with a selection of books and periodicals Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with bottled water a complimentary bottle of wine and home made biscuits.

The bathroom is close by, with dressing gowns provided. Consisting of electric shower, a shaver point, mirror and heated towel rail. Towels and toiletries provided for guests use.

Each room has a small torch for use of guests in case of emergencies.

Ironing equipment is available on request.

An area is provided for smokers just outside the front door.

Breakfast is taken in the dinning area. A full English breakfast is available consisting of bacon, egg, sausage mushrooms, black pudding if required with a choice of baked beans or tomatoes.

As an alternative, eggs of any style, scrambled, poached, boiled. Kippers upon request.

A selection of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, grapefruit  and fruit juice available. Toast, bara brith or scone.
