Home baking

Noddfa Home Baking was set up when Heather Price the proprietor retired from professional catering. To open up Noddfa Bed and Breakfast, which would include a ‘baking from home’ service.

Having worked as a cook in residential homes for many years. Heather is well experienced in Baking both professionally and as a hobby. Competing in local shows with cakes, biscuits, pies etc and cooking for the WI market for many years until it closed.

Baking treats includes:

• Sponges of any type (carrot cakes, orange, lemon fruit cakes, etc)
• Celebration cakes, for that very special occasion
• Pies (including apple pie, lemon meringue pie and mince pies)
• Bara Brith (a Welsh specialty fruit loaf)
• Scones (the usual and the unusual)
• Biscuits, for that special gift or treat, (including chocolate, fruit, and shortbread)
• Desserts for that special dinner party.
